With seven generations alive, six volunteering, and five earning a paycheck for the first time in history it is critical that we do whatever possible to help everyone understand that every age group and individual has something valuable to offer! We are better together. Roots & Rounds' unique approach to developing youth and adult leadership skills and more effective teams is making a difference. Helping people understand their strengths and shared likes, dislikes, and experiences regardless of age helps them build the trust and respect of ideas and input of the older and younger that is needed to solve complex problems in every industry, interest area, and arena of innovation in today's fast-paced world.
