Our volunteer leaders and intergenerational Adventure Advisory Team have a strong commitment to serving the many supporters and beneficiaries of our 501(c)(3) nonprofit social enterprise organization. But first and foremost, they focus their energies on those who take advantage of our innovative programs and services. As Roots & Rounds grows we look forward to adding more volunteers and paid team members to empower our mission. At this time, our operations are run by our dedicated and multi-talented board members.
2022 Adventure Advisory Team
Last year, in addition to the Board of Directors, we had nine individuals from Generation Z through Baby Boomers who volunteered to serve as a special group. During our time together with Adventure Advisory Team members, we continue to test several innovative activities to be used in team-building and leadership development programs to ensure our material stays fresh and relevant for our clients. We also cover the key aspects of the organization's model for growing more balanced relationships with each other, technology, and nature as an added benefit for our volunteers who are filling this key role in Roots & Rounds.

Meet our Board of Directors
Our board represents a cross-section of our country's communities and has a passion for our organization and those we serve. The members work hard to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization and oversee that the funds raised directly affect those we serve. This group of insightful professionals brings their experiences from being in several different generational cohorts and industries including finance, technology, telecommunications, health care, government, community development, marketing and communications, public relations, graphic design, retail, education, agriculture, faith-based and youth-focused nonprofits, aviation, organizational development, human resources, and more!
